Welcome to GC7 Café, operated by Game Changer 7 (“GC7,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using gc7cafe.com and related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.

By creating an account, logging in, or participating in GC7 Café games, tournaments, or promotions, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Official Rules & Policies and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

  • Services are restricted to U.S. residents in eligible jurisdictions.
  • Void where prohibited by law, including New York, Florida, and Rhode Island unless properly registered or bonded.

3. Use of Services

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal entertainment.
  • You agree not to:

4. Purchases & Virtual Goods

  • Purchasable items (Diamonds) are entertainment only and hold no cash value.
  • Virtual Goods (Gold Coins, Rubies, Bingo Balls, Purple Balls, Rocks, Baby Bottle credits) are free promotional items and not cash equivalents.
  • Subscriptions (Color Tags) are time-limited cosmetic features only.

All transactions and sweepstakes participation are governed by our Official Rules & Policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All GC7 content, branding, graphics, and assets are the property of GC7. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Privacy

Your information is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to this collection and use.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • GC7 is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our control.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no case exceeds the amount you paid to use the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Delaware law.
  • Except for small-claims matters, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
  • You waive participation in class or representative actions.
