GC7 Café – Subscription & Membership Policy

This Subscription & Membership Policy explains the rules governing Color Tags, memberships, and related benefits offered by GC7 Café. By purchasing or activating a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide access to Color Tags and related account benefits.
  • A subscription only grants time-based membership status.
  • All promotional credits, daily rewards, and virtual goods are provided free of charge and have no real-world cash value.

2. Subscription Types & Duration

  • Weekly Color Tags: Start Sunday 12:00 AM EST and expire Saturday 11:59 PM EST.
  • Monthly Color Tags: Start on the 1st of the month and expire on the last day of the month.
  • Expiration is fixed to the subscription term, regardless of the date of purchase.

3. Daily Rewards

  • Active Color Tags may include daily free credits or bonuses (e.g., $2–$4 daily value depending on tag).
  • Rewards are automatically added to eligible accounts once per day while the subscription is active.
  • Unused daily rewards do not carry over after expiration.

4. Expiration & Renewal

  • Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of their term.
  • No auto-renewal is applied unless specifically chosen at checkout.
  • Users are responsible for manually renewing if they wish to continue benefits.

5. Non-Transferability

  • Color Tags and memberships are non-transferable between accounts.
  • A subscription applies only to the purchasing account.

6. Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals (if enabled).
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

7. Violations & Termination

  • GC7 Café reserves the right to suspend or revoke subscription benefits if accounts are found violating Terms of Service, Responsible Gaming Policy, or engaging in fraud.
  • Terminated or banned accounts forfeit all active subscriptions and benefits without refund.

8. Policy Updates

This Subscription & Membership Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for reviewing the most current version.
