GC7 Café – Payment & Redemption Policy

1. Deposits

Deposits must be made from a valid account in the player’s own name.

Third-party payments (friends, family, or business accounts) are not accepted.

All deposits are final; GC7 Café does not offer cash refunds once funds are loaded.


2. Wallet Verification

Redemptions require a valid, verifiable wallet or account on file.

Accounts flagged as fraudulent, inactive, or incorrect may be delayed up to 30 days pending correction.


3. Redemption Rules

Minimum and maximum redemption amounts may apply (set by GC7 Café from time to time).

Processing time for redemptions is typically 1–7 business days, subject to compliance checks.

GC7 Café reserves the right to withhold or cancel redemptions that violate any platform policy.


4. Promotional Credits & Virtual Goods

Free or promotional credits (Rubies, Gold Coins, etc.) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

Only credits earned through verified and compliant activity are eligible for redemption.


5. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate deposits, redemptions, or payment channels may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure.

GC7 Café is not responsible for failed transactions caused by third-party providers (banks, crypto platforms, etc.).
