GC7 Café – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which payments, subscriptions, or fees made through GC7 Café may be refunded or canceled. By registering or transacting on GC7 Café, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy

  • All purchases of subscriptions, color tags, and time-based memberships are final and non-refundable once activated.
  • GC7 Café does not issue refunds for virtual goods, credits, bonuses, or promotional rewards (e.g., Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Rubies, Diamonds, etc.) as they are provided strictly for entertainment purposes and hold no cash value.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting management.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals (if applicable). The subscription remains active until the end of the purchased term.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Incorrect Charges & Duplicate Transactions

  • If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment, you must notify GC7 Café within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
  • Valid duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

4. Wallet Verification & Failed Payouts

  • Refunds cannot be processed if a user fails to provide a valid and verifiable wallet address or payment method.
  • If payout details are incorrect, fraudulent, or blocked, GC7 Café reserves the right to withhold funds until corrected.

5. Fraud & Abuse

  • Accounts found engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, or Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • GC7 Café reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious transactions.

6. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting GC7 Café support is considered a violation of this policy.
  • GC7 Café reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting transaction records and account activity logs.

7. How to Request a Refund

For refund requests (only in cases of duplicate charges or proven billing errors), please contact:

8. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
GC7 Café’s management team makes the final decision on refund eligibility.
