By signing up for bingo, tournament, and other activities hosted by GC7 CAFE and its affiliated company, Game Changer 7, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Eligibility:**

   You certify that you are 18 years of age or older and meet the eligibility requirements to participate in GC7 CAFE activities.

2. **User Conduct:**

   You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful lawful manner while participating in GC7 CAFE activities, adhering to the rules and guidelines provided.

3. **Account Security:**

   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GC7 CAFE account and login credentials, and you agree not to share or transfer your account to others.

4. **Intellectual Property:**

   You acknowledge that all content and materials provided by GC7 CAFE and Game Changer 7 are protected by intellectual property laws, and you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. Any all property purchases, given or used in GC7 CAFE is the property of GC7 CAFE and can't be used or have any value outside of GC7 CAFE platform. 

5. **Privacy Policy:**

   You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance to the GC7 CAFE Privacy Policy.

6. **No Refund Policy:**

   You acknowledge that all transactions made for participation in GC7 CAFE activities are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated by GC7 CAFE management.

7. **Limitation of Liability:**

   You agree that GC7 CAFE, Game Changer 7, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in gaming activities.

8. **Indemnification:**

   You agree to indemnify and hold GC7 CAFE, Game Changer 7, and their affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of their services or violation of terms and conditions.

9. **Modification of Terms:**

   You acknowledge that GC7 CAFE reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

10. **Governing Law:**

    You agree that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

By signing up for GC7 CAFE activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
