GC7 CAFE No Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This No Refund Policy governs transactions related to bingo, tournaments, and other activities hosted by GC7 CAFE and its affiliated company, Game Changer 7. By participating in our activities, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. No Refunds
All transactions made for participation in GC7 CAFE activities, including but not limited to bingo games, tournaments, and other events, are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
3. Cancellation Policy
In the event GC7 CAFE or Game Changer 7 cancels or reschedules an activity, customers may be entitled to a credit or alternative arrangement, as determined by GC7 CAFE. However, refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated by GC7 CAFE management.
4. Exceptions
There may be exceptional circumstances where GC7 CAFE management determines that a refund is warranted. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decision to provide a refund will be at the discretion of GC7 CAFE.
5. Governing Law
This No Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.
